1. Remove grass with shovel. 2. Till earth to depth of 15 inches. 3. Add manure and fertilizer and till again. 4. Hammer in fence posts. 5. Roll out plastic fence and attach tie downs. 6. Make small gate between 2 fence posts. 7. Place stepping stones. 8. Plant veggies. 9. Water regularly and pick when ready.
