We needed to do a low budget home office makeover...starting with a fancy bulletin board. I purchased a plain bulletin board and one yard of this cute fabric for $7.99 from Ikea (they have tons of cheap fabrics to choose from). Just lay the fabric face down on a hard surface and place the bulletin board face down on top of it. Cut the fabric leaving about two inches all around. Pull the fabric around to the back as tight and you can- and staple away! Just a plain stapler did the trick. I think this is much prettier than cork!
