It seems like terrarium have made a comeback and I love their simple vintage look. We decided to try and make a bunch of them for our wedding centerpieces, and this if our first attempt. We purchased all the apothecary jars for cheap at TJ Max and the rest of the supplies at a local urban gardening store. We followed the instructions on Martha Stewart's website:

From what I have been told, you can make terrariums with a variety of plants including ferns, cacti, and orchids. But what container and soil you use all depends on the plant type. Just do some googling and you'll find plenty of info...
