Joan from The Everyday Scrapper with a matchbook style card.
Cut light green cardstock to 10 1/4" by 3 1/2".  Score & fold 3/4" up from the bottom and 4 1/2" from top.  Attach a transparency and image (Artchix Studio) to front of card.  Cut three coin envelopes (second photo) to 3 3/4", 4 1/4" and 4 3/4".  Stamp each envelope with different colored ink and background stamp.  
Put coin envelopes inside, smallest to largest, fold up small bottom flap and staple.  Cover staples with German scrap (Artchix Studio).  Stamp word, cut around with pinking scissors and attach to front of card.
Attach flower (European Papers) to corner.  Tuck notes or gift cards into coin envelopes.
