Collage Style Patterned Crepe Paper Fairy Tale Dress

Using a plain piece of crepe paper, I created a pattern using ink pen drawing and rubber stamp images. I edged the crepe paper with decorative scissors and white paper. The crepe paper then became the fabric for this fairy tale style dress you see on the paper dress form.
