Growing up I used to looooooooooooove a good chipwich.  Now that I don't hang around little league baseball fields too often, they are more difficult to come by.  So, we decided to make our own.  Trader Joe's cookie dough + ice cream + bake + spoon on the ice cream = ENJOY!
